IN-STORE PICK-UP
Payment for Pick-up orders is required at the time of pick-up. Applicable sales tax will be added to your order at the time of pickup. Orders that are not picked up within seven days of notice will be returned to the shelf.

RETURN POLICY
Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment within (60 days) of purchase.
Returns are not accepted on products return after (30 days of purchase.
A copy of your receipt is required at the time of the refund.

A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of any order placed in the store on items over $100.00. All online special orders require full payment by credit card at the time of placing the order. If your order is not picked up within 2 weeks of notification by phone or e-mail, the products will be returned to the shelf.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Most orders are shipped using standard, overland 5-day deliver schedules. We use the United States Post Office or United Parcel Service under most circumstances.
